Group rides are our way of getting to know our growing family and also doing what we love best…BIKING! We hope you join in on the fun when you can. See you on the trails!

Summer group rides start in Spring and run through the Fall.

Our Summer Group Rides

  • Tuesday Adult Ride

    Every Tuesday @ 6:00pm

    Our original group ride. This ride tends to be more for those who have a need for speed and don’t mind riding up to enjoy the down. These riders go to RIDE. Have fun!

  • Ladies Group Ride

    Every Thursday @ 6:00pm

    The ride, hence the name, is for the ladies! Whether you think you’re slow or fast, this group is the best and you will ride IN A GROUP.

  • All-Levels Adult Social Ride

    Leave the race face at home and join us for an easy-going, all-levels group ride! This is a no-drop, chat-while-you-pedal kind of cruise—perfect for getting outside, meeting new people, and enjoying the trails at a relaxed pace. Whether you're brand new to biking or just looking for a fun spin with good company, there's a spot for you on this ride. August 4th; 6PM @ Cycles of Life.
